RENTAL APPLICATION
Will alcohol be served? (If yes, must apply one month prior to the event date. See procedure for obtaining permission to serve alcohol.)
Will alcohol be sold? (If alcohol will be sold: Liquor License, Permits, Insurance, and any other documentation must be presented to the TAD Space management 7 business days prior to the event or ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED)
Are Police and/or Security required? (Events ending after 9:00 pm require Martinsville Police Department for the duration of the event and must beprovided at Applicant's expense)
Will food be served?
Are you using a caterer?
Will you be havin a Band/DJ?
Will you be having an event planner/coordinator?

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE
A Non-Refundable Booking Fee of $300.00 must be paid at the time of application submittal. Reservations will not be held without a completed application and Non-Refundable Booking Fee.

 

RENTAL FEE BALANCE
The balance must be paid at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date.

 

CONTRACT APPROVAL
Events will be reviewed and determined whether appropriate for the Facility prior to application approval. Applicants will be notified of approval within three (3) business days. Fundraising events must be approved by the TAD Space event coordinator and specific details must be provided with the application. Non–profit organizations must provide documentation of 501(c) status and payment must be by corporate check of the organization or sponsoring corporation.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued as follows: (i) Applicant will receive a 100% refund if the TAD Space cancels the event reservation; (ii) Applicant will receive a 50% refund less the Non-Refundable Booking Fee if Applicant cancels the event reservation at least 15 days prior to the event date; and (ii) No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 15 days prior to the event date.

 

RENTAL RATES
The Rental Fee include standard setup and supervision of the event. All rentals must be for a minimum of two (2) hours (includes set-up, break down, and clean-up). Additional services are available upon request as described in the Pricing Structure.
